Inside the Mac Business Unit at Microsoft

David Weiss of Microsoft has been kind enough to give us an employees view of the Macintosh Business Unit at Microsoft. This group is responsible to test any Microsoft software that are distributed to Macs.

They test on dual proc G5's, Mac Mini's, and any other hardware that can run Mac software. Very impressive indeed. Check out the photo tour here!

Google Calendar API Released

It was announced today that the Google Calendar API is available for public viewing.

Along with that, Ray Camden started working right away on GoogleCalendar.cfc Version 0, a CFC that is intended to interact with the system. He already has the read capabilities done, and next comes the write capabilities.

Thanks Ray!

Hacking a more tasteful MySpace

Ok, so I don't have a MySpace account, other than the one my wife and I set up to view our friends pictures =), but I had to blog about Mike Davidson doing his CSS magic to make his MySpace page actually look decent.

There are many tags that MySpace strips out of your code but they do leave alot of room to play with. You can check out how Mike did it here on his blog.

I've got to say, it almost makes me want to create a profile on MySpace.... =)
